In the past 5 years, Shane has led the rezoning and site plan approval of over 3,500 residential units across Ontario. These include large, multiphase high-rise developments in the GTA, as well as mid and low rise developments. He has also been responsible for over $800M of CMHC insured financing applications for purpose built rental projects since 2020.

During his career, August has been engaged on numerous (300+) unique projects, including large scale multi-phased mixed-use and residential developments, multi-residential conversions, high-end multi-residential and single-family developments, as well as heritage-sensitive, community-sensitive transformative developments.
